Rinkou Ashelia (鈴香アシェリア), better known simply as Lia (Limitless Intelligence Assistant), is a female English-language Virtual YouTuber and fanfic writer. She is a founding member of Phase-Connect, debuting as part of its first generation alongside Pipkin Pippa, Tenma Maemi, Fujikura Uruka, Hakushika Iori, Shisui Michiru and Utatane Nasa. Lia made her debut on June 19, 2021 , becoming the very first Phase-Connect member to debut for the company.

Activities and Content

Lia debuted in June 2021 and has since uploaded shorts, game streams, and content related to anime/manga, meme culture, and internet culture. She has played a wide variety of games, including Little Nightmares, Genshin Impact, Among Us, League of Legends, and many others. Lia is known for her signature chaos zatsudan, and she has an intangible quality to her that cannot really be explained.

On July 29, 2023, Lia interviewed ManlyBadassHero on her channel , which is noteworthy because this was his first ever interview in his 10+ year career as a content creator. In 2023, she hosted an Idol talk with NIJISANJI's Pomu Rainpuff.

Musical Achievements

On 14 December, she performed in the 3D concert halftime show at the 2024 VTuber Awards where she debuted her first original song "World of Lia." On 30 April, she performed in the Goddess of Victory: Nikke 2.5 Anniversary 3D concert "Siren's Call" alongside Silvervale, Nyatasha Nyanners, Bao, Mari Mari, Olivia Monroe, Yoclesh, FeFe and Filian where she performed the song "Rising Higher" and represented the character Rapi.

Convention Appearances

On 11 May 2023, Lia was announced as a participant at Anime Central's Celebrity Side Quest Table Top Games series, where she played Dungeons and Dragon's alongside such voice actresses as Faye Mata and Surena Marie. She has been a guest at many anime conventions, including playing a celebrity Dungeons & Dragons panel at Anime Central 2023 and performing in a main stage 3D concert at Anime NYC 2024.

Character and Personality

On the surface, Lia can be described as a high energy denpa imouto. However, underneath that surface is a very introspective streamer who, at her core, just wants to make her company proud and do her best to keep her viewers entertained. Designed by Mins and modelled by 925_kuniko, Lia is known for her cheerful and laid-back personality as a "clumsy" special agent from another world.

Was once a renowned Phase World special agent turned criminal. Ashelia uploaded her conscious and personality to the Phase Network before she was taken out by her pursuers - or was this planned all along?

Lia likes horror and fantasy games, iced coffee, custom keyboards, dancing/cosplay, Ensemble Stars and Ishikawa Kaito. She hates losing in FPS games and zombies. She is of Japanese and Puerto Rican mixed descent .

Her fanbase has had many names over the years, including: AshLeague, Leaguemates, Masters, Operators, RinKult, and Liacons. With that being said, they will always affectionately be known as Lia Likers. On 10 January 2024, Lia announced her new official mascot: a jellyfish named Liacon.
