Characteristics

Her official lore describes Lia as a "clumsy" former special agent from another world. She is cheerful, clueless and laid back, perhaps too relaxed for a wanted criminal on the run. In the story, she went from respected agent to criminal in Phase World after uploading her consciousness and personality to the Phase Network. The name Lia is said to stand for "Limitless Intelligence Assistant." Her full name follows Japanese order, with Rinkou as the family name.

She is often described as a high-energy "denpa imouto" (eccentric little-sister type), though she is also seen as an introspective streamer who mainly wants to make her company proud and entertain her viewers. Her listed interests include horror and fantasy games, iced coffee, custom keyboards, dancing and cosplay, Ensemble Stars, and the voice actor Ishikawa Kaito. One running joke is that she hates cheese but loves everything made from it.
