Kokage's YouTube channel was created in February 2024, and her X account opened the same month. On March 17, 2024, VSPO! announced her as its tenth solo member. She followed earlier solo members such as Kaminari Qpi, Yakumo Beni, Aizawa Ema, Komori Met, Yumeno Akari and Yano Kuromu. As VSPO!'s 20th member overall, she is described as the first graduate of the agency's trainee (kenkyuusei) program. Her first stream aired on YouTube on March 19, 2024.

On June 13, 2024, she formed the unofficial unit "Hinemosu" with fellow 2024 debuts Yano Kuromu and Sendo Yuuhi. All three had their 3D model debuts on October 1, 2024, in a relay stream. Kokage went second, after Kuromu and before Yuuhi. During the third VCR GTA event, she also joined the group "22Hz♪", whose members included Zuzu, Hiodoshi Ao, Ano Miharu, Kuramochi Meruto, Sophia Valentine and Bonjour.

In February 2025, she voiced herself in a VSPO! Valentine's Day YouTube Shorts anime. On June 13, 2025, Hinemosu marked its first anniversary with a cover of "Kami no Manimani" by rerulili, posted on Kuromu's channel. In September 2025, she showed her first new outfit in a dedicated stream.

Activities

Streaming style

Her streams are mostly FPS games. VALORANT and Apex Legends make up much of her schedule, alongside titles such as PUBG played with other VSPO! members. In VALORANT her highest solo rank is Immortal III. She mainly plays the Initiator role, and her favorite agent is Sova. She has entered community esports events, including Crazy Raccoon Cup Apex Legends tournaments with scrims and custom matches streamed beforehand. On the esports database VLR.gg, she is listed as winning a 2024 Crazy Raccoon Cup with the team "VoL" and placing third in the VTuber Saikyo Tournament Act 2 in 2025. Besides tournaments, she streams solo practice and casual matches with viewers.

Characteristics

Her official profile describes her as a sincere girl who cries easily and never tires of FPS games. It adds that she is happiest when eating while watching anime. Within VSPO!, she is known as the group's "munching" (mogumogu) representative, and she runs a tag where she shares food recommendations. Fan nicknames include Tsumuo, Tsumu-chan and Kokagennu. Her design has short dark blue hair that fades to light blue at the tips and light steel-blue eyes. She wears a black-and-white bow-shaped accessory with a blue droplet-shaped crystal and a white flower hair ornament. Her image color is #5195E1. Her character designer, Fuzi Choco, also designed Lize Helesta of NIJISANJI. Because the kanji of her surname looks similar to the kanji for Tochigi Prefecture, fans often misread it.
