Career

Raora Panthera's YouTube channel was created on April 3, 2024. She debuted on June 22, 2024, as a member of hololive English -Justice-, the English branch's fourth generation. Her fellow members were Elizabeth Rose Bloodflame, Gigi Murin and Cecilia Immergreen. The generation arrived after a long gap with no new English-branch debuts. Her debut stream was the first video on her channel, and she uploaded her first song cover the same day.

Channel memberships opened on July 19, 2024. Later that year, she won the Best Art VTuber category at The Vtuber Awards 2024. She also appears as a main character in the animated short series Holo no Graffiti. In September 2026, hololive merged all of its branches into one, and her unit was renamed "hololive -Justice-".

Activities

Streaming style

Raora streams in English and often mixes in Italian, for example by greeting her chat with "buongiorno." She has also been learning Japanese on stream. Art plays a large part in her content, which fits her character and led to her award for art. Her official lore calls her "The Artist with the God Eyes," a panther with a talent for investigation and description. She streams on YouTube and also has a Twitch presence.

Italian food is a running theme on her streams. She is usually gentle, but she holds firm opinions on pizza toppings and how to cook pasta. Another recurring joke is her chat's constant demand for jetpacks, which she refuses. Her fans, the Chattini, are encouraged to design their own Chattino character and add "-ino" to their names.

Characteristics

Raora is a pink panther character. She has long pink hair with a white streak, matching pink cat ears and a long, fuzzy tail. Her eyes are yellow, but they can glow bright aquamarine when she wants. She has small fangs. Her outfit is white and black, with a pink off-shoulder coat that has a gap for her tail, white stockings, a round black hat and silver-tinted goggles. She wears a single glove on her right hand and an amulet with a blue gemstone. The hat, goggles and coat can be removed. Her nicknames include "Big Pink Cat," "Rao" and "Rara."

She has said that she became a VTuber fan after watching clips of hololive member Inugami Korone. She admired the joy Korone showed on stream and names her as a major inspiration for becoming a VTuber.
