Starting in 2021, she collaborated with the Mito, Ibaraki brewery Meiri Shurui on "Lamy's Sake-Making Project", advising on yeast and rice variety. The resulting daiginjo sake, Yuki-Yo-Zuki, won a bronze medal in the sake category of the International Wine Challenge (IWC) 2022. A junmai daiginjo named Yukihana Favorite Model, released in April 2023, won bronze at that year's IWC, and a sparkling version, Bihappou Yuki-Yo-Zuki, won silver in the sparkling category at the IWC in 2025.
In November 2021, she unveiled her first solo song, "Asu e no Kyokaisen", produced by Yohei Kisara, at her 3D birthday concert. It reached number 31 on the Billboard Japan Top Download Songs chart and number 40 on the Oricon Digital Singles Chart.
Activities
Streaming style
Her streams consist mainly of chatting, games, ASMR, and drinking. Games she has played on stream include Animal Tower Battle, Elden Ring, Minecraft, and Mongil: Star Dive. A recurring format is the banshaku (evening drink) stream, inspired by her own hobby, in which she talks about the drinks and snacks she is having that night while becoming tipsy. In July 2025, she held her first banshaku stream on VRChat, with thirty spots reserved for viewers on a first-come, first-served basis. She has also hosted a fitness competition-style stream for hololive talents and a ten-part workout video series. Unlike most hololive members, she does not host her own karaoke streams.

Characteristics
Her character lore describes her as a snow elf from a noble family living in remote, icy lands who joined hololive after watching its livestreams. She is portrayed as having a naive disposition beneath a serious exterior and is accompanied by a snow fairy companion named Daifuku. Writing for Real Sound, Jin Sugiyama described her as a balancing presence within the 5th Generation and identified her natural tone and well-timed pauses as a key strength of her conversation. Her fan base, the Snowfolk, has developed several humorous sub-groups, such as the "Business Snowfolk" and "Afterparty Snowfolk".
