Career

COVER Corporation announced on 30 January 2026 that it was recruiting members for a new project. On 8 May 2026 the company officially revealed the project as mekPark, a training program for talent, along with its first two units, ACHRORA and UNIT B. Before any members were named, UNIT B began activity through introductory posts on its X account and its YouTube community tab.

On 16 May 2026, UNIT B uploaded a short video naming its three members: Yoinagi Neon, Reimei Mira, and Kiyosumi Lyra. The three held their first stream together on the unit's YouTube channel on 22 May 2026, which is counted as Neon's debut. After that stream, the unit released a short excerpt of its first original song, "Flare Glance". The three members share one YouTube channel and one set of social media accounts. Their official description presents them as a trio "brought together by music" who set out with songs they wrote themselves. Neon then held her first solo stream, a chat stream on the shared channel.

Activities

Streaming style

Neon streams on the UNIT B (Pre-Debut) channel, and her streams are tagged with the unit tag and her own name tag. As the unit's vocalist, she often holds singing streams. These include late-night streams with a relaxed, chill mood and Monday-night streams meant to lift viewers' spirits. She also ran a karaoke stream to celebrate a new avatar system, with JOYSOUND tracks provided by XING Inc. Fan clips noted when her avatar was upgraded from a static PNG model to an animated GIF-style model.

Her other content includes a challenge stream where she tried playing several instruments, and gacha streams in which she calls herself a "lucky gal". Clips of her first solo stream drew overseas viewers' attention because she spoke some English during it.
