Career

Umise Yotsuha first appeared on November 4, 2021, on the VIRTUAL TALENT ACADEMY channel. She was one of the academy's first group of students. During this time she trained with fellow students Amagase Muyu and Ponto Nei, and the three began working together in the fall of 2021. The name of their group, Ranunculus, is reported to have been Yotsuha's idea.

Her YouTube channel was created on March 2, 2022. On March 16, 2022, ANYCOLOR announced that she would debut directly into NIJISANJI as part of Ranunculus. This was the first group of NIJISANJI Livers made up of VTA graduates. Before her debut she received a full redesign, and the videos from her VTA period were hidden. Ranunculus debuted on March 20, 2022, and Yotsuha was the second member of the group to hold her first stream.

After her debut she took part in agency events and merchandise. These included a collaboration with the restaurant chain Sweets Paradise starting on June 24, 2022. She later received additional outfits, including a Ranunculus unit costume, as well as a 3D model produced by aura, Inc.

Activities

Streaming style

Her streams mainly cover free talk, video games and singing. Besides YouTube, she also streams on TwitCasting. Her gaming content includes blind, first-time playthroughs of titles such as ELDEN RING. She also takes part in NIJISANJI's mahjong events and played in the semifinal of the agency's 2026 three-player mahjong tournament. She often collaborates with her Ranunculus unit mates Amagase Muyu and Ponto Nei. She shares the same character designer with Luca Kaneshiro and Alban Knox, and fans informally group the three together as the "Oyo Siblings."

Characteristics

Her official profile describes her as a poor student who has fallen seven times and risen eight. She tends to jump into challenges without much thought. According to the profile, she started streaming to look for new and fun challenges, and although she tries to be dependable, the people around her somehow always end up worrying about her. She is described as bright, cheerful and high-spirited, very talkative, and someone who enjoys chatting with her viewers. Her character design has long black hair with a grey gradient tied in a double bun, and brown eyes. A four-leaf clover motif, matching the "yotsuha" (four leaves) in her name, appears in her branding. In addition to the stream and fan-art tags, her fans use #海妹四葉 as a general hashtag.
