Career

On 19 April 2026, NIJISANJI announced a new group called Y4T4 (pronounced "Yata"). It had eight members: Onotora, Kuri Eita, Kokonami Iruka, Senri Ayumu, Tsukahara Daichi, Mikogami Kotone, Rei7 and Rayon. Tsukahara Daichi made his debut on 21 April 2026 as part of this group. NIJISANJI's 2026 talent listings also include Shirasa Ayane and Minamo Madoka, who appear alongside the Y4T4 members in the same 2026 wave.

His official agency profile describes him as a young man who burst through NIJISANJI's doors, hoping to become a "LEGIT man." In the character's backstory, he wants to make something of himself and become a well-loved professional streamer by relying on three "weapons": gaming, singing and blundering. He streams on both YouTube and Twitch and has an official X account. In addition to the main live-stream and fan-art hashtags, he has separate tags for thumbnails, voice impressions and egosurfing.

Activities

Streaming style

His content falls mainly into gaming and free-talk streams, and his profile also highlights singing as a central part of his activities. Competitive games feature prominently among his listed favorites, including VALORANT, Apex Legends and League of Legends. He also lists the digital card game Shadowverse and the trading card games Yu-Gi-Oh! and Duel Masters. Among more casual titles, his favorites include Pokémon, Animal Crossing and Grand Theft Auto. Because he streams on both YouTube and Twitch, his broadcasts reach viewers on both platforms.

Characteristics

His main character color is a dark slate gray (#4A4A5C), and his secondary color is a muted red (#A44545). His fan mark combines a dagger and a panda. In J-pop, his favorite artists include Kenshi Yonezu, Yuuri, Snow Man, M!LK, Mrs. GREEN APPLE and Creepy Nuts. He also follows Vocaloid producers, including Hiiragi Kirai, Giga, syudou, Umetora, Surii, wotaku, Lanndo and Nilfruits.

His listed dislikes are numbers, bugs, scary things, vegetables and drinks whose names end in "tea." Shrimp is also on the list, but with a twist: his profile says he loves shrimp so much that it has become his weakness. These traits fit the lighthearted, self-deprecating image of his character, which is built around a determined but clumsy young man trying to succeed as a streamer.
