Career
On 30 January 2026, COVER Corporation announced that it was recruiting members for a "new project." On 8 May 2026 the company officially revealed mekPark, a talent training project, together with its first two units, ACHRORA and Unit B. ACHRORA began posting on X (formerly Twitter) and on the community tab of its YouTube channel the same day.
On 15 June 2026, ACHRORA uploaded a short introduction video that announced its three members under the names SAYANA, RIRARA, and HINAMI. On 26 June 2026 the three held their first stream on the unit's YouTube channel. During that stream they revealed their full names: Sumishio Sayana, Rumigaki Rirara, and Yuikawa Hinami. ACHRORA was the second mekPark unit to begin pre-debut activities, after Unit B, whose members are Yoinagi Neon, Reimei Mira, and Kiyosumi Lyra.
In July 2026, ACHRORA and Unit B began appearing in streams with VTubers outside their own groups. The first was a chat stream on 23 July between Sayana's unit-mate Yuikawa Hinami and Unit B's Kiyosumi Lyra.
Activities
Streaming style
Sayana streams in Japanese. As an ACHRORA member, she shares the unit's YouTube channel and social media accounts with Rumigaki Rirara and Yuikawa Hinami instead of running separate personal accounts. Her streams are grouped in a dedicated playlist on the shared channel. VTuber news commentators observed that ACHRORA's avatars had moving mouths, unlike Unit B's static images at its debut. They described this format as a middle ground between a static PNG model and a full Live2D model.
Music and works
- Released a solo cover song as part of ACHRORA's activities
Characteristics
Sayana's emoji is a black heart (🖤), and her star sign is Libra. On her channel she greets viewers with "Konsayana" (こんさやな) and says she wants to enjoy every day. Fans use separate hashtags for general posts, streams, fan art, and clips. Her unit-mates are Rumigaki Rirara, whose emoji is a whale, and Yuikawa Hinami, whose emoji is a chick.
