Streaming style

Shishiro streams many kinds of games, including fighting games, first-person shooters and horror games, and she is known as a dedicated FPS player. Ramen comes up regularly on her streams. She presented her own recipe, Menya Botan, during her 2021 birthday stream. In February 2024 she started a ramen tour series with the aim of visiting every prefecture in Japan. The first season ended in November 2025, and a second season began in December 2025.

On 31 August 2024, at her birthday celebration at Sunshine City in Tokyo, she and hololive fans set the Guinness World Record for "Largest packaged food sentence". They arranged 33,138 Cup Noodles to spell out her English name. From November to December 2024, four Yaro Ramen restaurants sold Menya Botan, a tonkotsu ramen she created, with noodles she designed herself.
