Career

Before joining NIJISANJI, Seraph Dazzlegarden was a student in the first generation of VIRTUAL TALENT ACADEMY (VTA) under the name Misono Satoshi. He then debuted with NIJISANJI as a member of the four-person unit VOLTACTION. The other members are Fura Kanato, Watarai Hibari and Shikinagi Akira. Profile databases list his first appearance as April 11, 2021.

In his character backstory, Seraph is the youngest member of a long line of assassins and learned the trade as a child. Little is known about him, and it is unclear whether Seraph is even his real name, since he has used many aliases. He has since quit assassination and now works as a freelance agent. His channel description invites people with problems to send requests to "Room 4S." As a VOLTACTION member, he has said he hopes to hold offline concerts with the unit.

He later released a solo CD, "FOCUS ON - NIJISANJI SINGLE COLLECTION - Seraph Dazzlegarden." It is a double A-side single with two newly recorded solo songs.

Streaming style

His channel description says that he mainly streams relaxed gaming sessions and casual talk streams, and that he wants to share a sense of fun with his viewers. He also uploads shorter videos, including talks about places he has visited and violin covers played in response to viewer requests.

Characteristics

Seraph is generally described as calm, level-headed and curious, and he likes to do things at his own pace. He and others call him an "iiyo bot" ("that's fine" bot) because he rarely refuses when someone asks him for something. He is well read and knows a wide range of subjects, from internet memes to high culture. He can be eloquent when the topic calls for it, such as when he discusses mental health, gives advice or thanks his viewers. However, his reflexive, off-the-cuff remarks sometimes produce strange or nonsensical statements. Some of his senior colleagues see him as "cool" and highly capable at many things. His character design has mid-length black hair dyed in a blond-to-pink gradient, with partly red sections, and an intricate outfit with hidden weapons.
