Career

Saine Ruka's YouTube channel was created on 2 December 2024. Palette Project announced her as a new trainee on 22 December 2024, and she held her debut stream on 28 December 2024. Her channel description introduced her as a Palette Project trainee whose dream is to hold a festival, and it invited viewers to walk that path with her. Her stream hashtag, which translates roughly as "Ruka Fest in progress," refers to this goal.

Through 2025 she streamed regularly as a trainee and took part in group projects with her fellow trainees. On 11 September 2025, Palette Project announced that she would go on indefinite hiatus because of physical and mental health issues. On 7 January 2026, the group announced that Saine Ruka and fellow member Saotome Gabu would both end their activities on 22 January 2026. Saine Ruka held a final stream on that date to thank her viewers, and her channel name was later updated to show that her activities had ended. Shortly afterward, on 13 January 2026, Brave Group announced that Palette Project would be transferred to jig.jp.

Streaming style

Her streams were a mix of games, casual talk, and short music content. Among her game streams was a first-ever playthrough of Final Fantasy X, which ran as a numbered series. She also played Minecraft with other trainees, for example to prepare for a Palette Project Minecraft summer festival event. She regularly held morning chat streams, some in a vertical video format, in which she talked with viewers while putting on makeup or eating breakfast, and she welcomed first-time viewers and commenters. She also ran members-only streams for channel members. She opened her streams with the greeting "Konruka~!"
