Career
COVER Corporation, the Japanese tech entertainment company behind hololive production, announced mekPark as a training project for future virtual talents. At launch it had two units, Unit B and ACHRORA. Unit B went first: on 16 May it revealed its members, Yoinagi Neon, Reimei Mira and Kiyosumi Lyra. ACHRORA was the second group to begin pre-debut activities. On 26 June 2026 it revealed its three trainees: Sumishio Sayana, Rumigaki Rirara and Yuikawa Hinami.
The three members made their first appearance together on the same day in a joint stream titled, in translation, "Nice to meet you, we are ACHRORA! We'll talk a lot!" The stream was tagged #ACHRORA初配信 (ACHRORA first stream). VTuber news commentators pointed out that ACHRORA's first avatars could move their mouths, unlike Unit B's, which placed them somewhere between a static PNG and a full Live2D model. The members of ACHRORA share one YouTube channel and one set of social media accounts. Rirara streams on the unit's channel rather than on a channel of her own.
As a trainee, Rirara has said that her main goal is to make an official debut. Her other stated goals are to perform with senior talents she admires on the stage of her dream festival and to take on work that uses her voice.
Activities
Streaming style
Rirara's solo streams are mostly talk-centred and use the tag "Rirara Diving." One early stream was her first morning ("asakatsu") broadcast, where she greeted viewers and talked about her hobbies and how she spends her days off. In one segment she described her dream of living in a luxury apartment, and her chat answered with jokes that brought her back to reality. In another stream she went through a timeline of the part-time jobs she has held, which viewers found unusual. Clips of that stream circulated with English subtitles. Her debut appearance also drew attention for the playful way she teased her chat.
She has named several favourite games: Animal Crossing, Pokémon, Tamagotchi and Paper Mario RPG. She also likes grindy or very difficult games, merge puzzle games, party games, fighting games such as Super Smash Bros., and card games. These titles point to the kinds of games she may play on stream alongside her talk content.
Characteristics
Rirara's favourite foods include gummy candies, dried squid, burrata cheese, sushi, meat, ramen, spicy dishes, vegetables, black tea and alcoholic drinks. Her favourite manga and anime include Love Live!, K-On!, Kirarin Revolution, Horimiya, Inazuma Eleven, Blue Lock, Sword Art Online and the Kaiji series, along with shoujo manga in general. Her favourite characters include Cinnamoroll, Rilakkuma and Chiikawa, and she has recently become fond of Hachiware. Her stream titles use whale and bubble emoji, and her tag refers to "diving," both of which follow a marine theme. Some commentators have also noted the English phrases she uses on stream.
