On 19 April 2026, NIJISANJI announced Y4T4, a new group of eight livers: Onotora, Kuri Eita, Kokonami Iruka, Senri Ayumu, Tsukahara Daichi, Mikogami Kotone, Rei7 and Rayon. The group was part of the agency's 2026 intake of new talents. Onotora is listed on NIJISANJI's official talent page. He streams on a YouTube channel under the name "男虎 / Ono Tora" and on Twitch.

Most new NIJISANJI members introduce themselves with on-screen slides. Onotora instead debuted with handmade physical slides, which set his introduction apart from the usual format. Later in 2026, merchandise was planned for the group's half-anniversary, including a badge set and an acrylic display board featuring Onotora, with release scheduled for October 2026.
