Career
Octavio debuted on November 18, 2023 as part of -ARMIS-, the second wave of HOLOSTARS English. He debuted together with Jurard T Rexford, Goldbullet and Crimzon Ruze. His Live2D model was designed by Kazari Tayu and rigged by Irie Akari.
After his debut he released karaoke streams, official covers and original songs. Some were solo releases, and others were collaborations with members of HOLOSTARS, hololive and other agencies. His first original song, "String Theology," came out in early 2025. He later took part in larger HOLOSTARS events, including a HOLOSTARS concert with 3D sets and new outfits. He has said the planning for that concert started almost a year in advance. In 2025, Cover Corporation announced that many hololive and HOLOSTARS talents would stream more on Twitch, and Octavio was one of them.
In February 2026, Octavio said he would take a short break to take his mother to the hospital. His manager then announced that he would pause his talent activities for February because of urgent family matters. The notice said he might still appear in group releases that had been finished before the announcement. No return date was given at that time.
Activities
Streaming style
Octavio's streams mainly consist of gaming, free talk and singing. One game he covered was Digimon Story: Time Stranger, which he played through to its finale in early 2026. In an interview, he said that since the start of 2025 he has put music and events first. His workday starts at 4 a.m. and ends at noon. During that time he works on music and tasks for his managers, then streams for about four hours.
Music and works
- "String Theology": his first original song (2025), produced by Stellar Paradigm, a team led by the Philippines-based Vocaloid producer Dasu. A Chinese-language version was released later.
- "It is I (The Poppet You've Forgotten)": an alternative rock and emo song he made in about two days for a stream skit about a puppet turning against its puppeteer.
- "Cold Blue": a later solo release.
- "Jane Doe": a duet cover with Enna Alouette of NIJISANJI EN, released in April.
- "Monitoring": a duet cover of the song by DECO*27, recorded with fellow -ARMIS- member Jurard T Rexford.
Characteristics
In his official lore, Octavio is a mysterious, knowledgeable, sophisticated and youthful puppeteer. When he finds something beautiful, he rushes over and takes a photo of it right away. He is also unpredictable and has been known to compose music in the middle of a battle. In combat, he uses a conductor's baton to control corruption beasts through the strings on his shoulders. He sees himself as an elegant fighter searching for perfect melodies rather than a brute. His catchphrase is "It's show time!" His listed likes are public toilets, pets (his dream pets are a goat and a cow), cameras and anatomy. His listed dislikes are tissues, heat, printers, puzzles and red lightning.
