Career

Nui Sociere's YouTube channel was created on May 27, 2019, and her Twitter account followed in June 2019. She debuted on June 25, 2019, with a first stream titled "Nice to meet you! This is Nui Sociere" under the NIJISANJI banner. Her next broadcast was a chat stream. Her early gaming streams focused mostly on Nintendo titles such as Splatoon and Super Mario Maker 2. One of her first collaborations was a session of Keep Talking and Nobody Explodes with fellow NIJISANJI member Hayama Maisuzu. She held her first drawing stream around this time, and her channel was monetized later on.

On September 18, 2020, she announced that her YouTube channel had been wrongly terminated. It was restored later that same day, but the community posts section was still missing. On October 31, 2020, NIJISANJI's official account announced that she would receive a 3D model, and she debuted it on stream on November 6, 2020. On March 16, 2021, she debuted her fourth 2D outfit, a spring costume that came with a new hairstyle she can also use with her earlier outfits. Her popularity has also led to merchandise: figure maker FuRyu's F:NEX brand announced a 1/7 scale figure of her, based on an illustration by Kanzarin and scheduled for release in October 2026.
