Career

Before her NIJISANJI debut, Nekoyashiki Miku was a trainee in VIRTUAL TALENT ACADEMY (VTA), the VTuber training program ANYCOLOR has run since November 2021. She was in the academy's fifth batch and streamed under the name "Miku." She held her first stream as a VTA student on January 15, 2025, together with fellow trainees Shino, Koyuki, Nonoha, and Mikaru.

On August 14, 2025, ANYCOLOR announced that four VTA students would debut as NIJISANJI Livers: Togawa Nonoha, Yagyu Shino, Kadou Mikaru, and Nekoyashiki Miku. The four form the girls' band unit "Konyoi, Spinel to Yume wo Miru" (今宵、××と夢を見る。), usually shortened to Yoi Yume. Nonoha plays drums, Shino plays bass, Mikaru plays guitar, and Miku plays keyboard. Her debut stream was held on August 15, 2025. Its title was built around her greeting, "Doremifasofa, it's Miku."

Since her debut, she has appeared in unit activities with the other Yoi Yume members, including live events. Official NIJISANJI merchandise has been released for her, such as the welcome goods and voice series sold in the NIJISANJI store.

Streaming style

She also streams on some evenings and mornings outside the radio series. Her stated aim is to bring comfort and enjoyment to viewers' daily lives, comparing herself to flowers placed at a home's entrance. The games she has named as favorites include Minecraft, Big Brain Academy, the Danganronpa series, and role-playing games.
