Characteristics
In his official lore, Milan Kestrel is a mysterious time mage who lives in a suspicious workshop. He is a homebody who spends whole days studying magic. His curiosity draws him into many fields outside magic, and he often forgets his actual job as a time mage. His official artist profile says his voice is like the magic flute of a kalavinka, a mythical bird, that bewitches the natural world.
His design shows icy grey-blue hair in a mullet with darker blue highlights, thick black eyeliner and orange eyes. He has two small dots under one eye and a mole near his mouth. His character was designed by Kurono Yuu, the same illustrator who designed fellow NIJISANJI member Axia Krone. His fans call themselves Clan Kestrel, and fan art is shared under the tag for his "atelier."
