The three are known as the unit "LAN_NEE3S" (Lan Neesans). Her YouTube channel was created on 7 March 2020. Her Twitter account was also created in March 2020, and she posted her first tweet and held her debut stream on 13 March 2020. She introduced herself in a video titled "Layla Alstroemeria Telah Tiba!" ("Layla Alstroemeria Has Arrived!").

On 6 September 2020, NIJISANJI ID released a group cover of JKT48's version of "Flying Get," originally by AKB48. Layla sang on it with Taka Radjiman, ZEA Cornelia, Rai Galilei, Nara Haramaung and Miyu Ottavia, and it was her first cover song. She released her own first cover on 30 November of the same year. In 2021 she was one of the vocalists on "ODD-Venture," a track from "Virtual on Voyage," the original music project of NIJISANJI ID. On 2 July 2022 she revealed a new costume in a stream announced as "THE DAY HAS COME." NIJISANJI ID and NIJISANJI KR were later merged into the main NIJISANJI VTuber group, and Layla has been listed as a NIJISANJI member since then.

Activities

Streaming style

Layla is described as kind and knowledgeable. Her recurring ALSTROEPEDIA segment presents information and trivia to her viewers. In games she usually plays in a relaxed way, although her expression sometimes shows panic. She has said she is bad at shooting games and had never played the genre before. She often drinks bubble tea on stream. Her two dogs, Kiara and Laika, sometimes bark loudly during broadcasts and surprise both her and her viewers. She streams mainly in Indonesian and also speaks English and some Japanese.

She comes from a tribe with the power to open portals through time, space and dimensions, so she can travel without a time machine.
