Career

Kujo Ringo began her career in late 2018 as a member of the Avatar2.0 Project. Sources give different start dates. Several databases list her debut as December 10, 2018, while the Virtual YouTuber Fandom wiki records a debut on the SHOWROOM platform on November 19, 2018. Her X account was created in November 2018, and her YouTube channel was created on January 11, 2019. She began making YouTube content in 2019.

On January 1, 2020, Avatar2.0 changed its management structure, and her status changed from agency member to affiliated independent VTuber. On September 30, 2020, she formally graduated from Avatar2.0 and became a fully unaffiliated independent VTuber.

In May 2022, she joined VEE as part of its first group, Dev-a, together with Otokado Ruki, Syusetu Kohaku, Tulsi-Nightmare Madness IV, and Hinahoshi Airu. She marked the move with a re-debut stream under the VEE banner. In 2024, VEE announced her graduation, which took effect on April 30, 2024, and she returned to independent activities. She described the split as mutual. She said she wanted a change of environment to try new projects and that she hoped to keep collaborating with VEE talents. Her social media accounts stayed active after the transition.

Activities

Streaming style

Her first YouTube video was uploaded in 2019, and the first game she played on the channel was Beat Saber. Much of her early content was short, often under five minutes, and recorded in virtual reality, where she collaborated with other VTubers and with her fans. She has frequently worked with other characters designed by LAM, a group she calls the "LAM Family." This group includes Kureiji Ollie, with whom she played Fall Guys alongside RUUKO. In January 2022, she hosted a New Year collaboration stream with many LAM-designed VTubers.

Other games she has played include Ring Fit Adventure, Animal Crossing: New Horizons, Among Us, Unrailed, and Knockout City. Her more recent streams include story-driven games such as OneShot and Until Then, simulation titles, VR board games with other creators, and casual talk streams. She also posts YouTube Shorts drawn from her streams.

Music and works

Song covers, beginning with a cover of the Hatsune Miku song "Meme Meme Meme." Her covers are among her most-viewed videos.
Participation in collaborative singing relays with other VTubers.

Characteristics

Kujo Ringo's character is a lady who is half vampire and half human. She is the eldest daughter of the prestigious Kujo family of the Demon Realm and the ruler of Markhorte, a country in the western part of that realm. According to her backstory, she came from the Demon Realm to become the new master of "ownerless humans" who live their lives to the fullest, and she works as a virtual talent using her favorite gadgets. Her design has long, silvery-blonde hair with a bat-shaped hair clip, yellow eyes, red eyeshadow, and a black earring. Unusually for a VTuber, she often shows herself dancing in her own song cover videos instead of using commissioned illustrations.
