Since then, karaoke streams have been a regular part of her schedule alongside her gaming broadcasts.

Her main channel is on YouTube under the Aogiri High School branding, and her X (Twitter) account introduces her as a member of the group. She also has a Twitch channel, which her profile lists as the place for her gaming streams. In later years her YouTube channel added edited videos to its live content. In October 2025 she posted a horror-game video with live-action segments, in which she talks with a guest while sitting by a campfire. In 2025 she also appeared as a guest on streams run by other creators.

On December 25, 2025, a music video for her original song was released. It was her first attempt at rap. Utsu-P wrote, composed and arranged the song, D.O.I. handled the mix, and Ishikari Akari sang it herself. The music video includes live-action footage.
