Ichijou Ririka

Ichijou Ririka (Japanese: 一条莉々華) is a Japanese-speaking VTuber affiliated with hololive DEV_IS, a branch of Hololive Production, and a member of the music unit ReGLOSS. She is known for her persona as a young company CEO, which shapes her fan name, stream tag and on-stream character.

Career

Ichijou Ririka is one of the five original members of ReGLOSS, a VTuber music group formed by Hololive Production under its hololive DEV_IS branch. Her fellow members at launch were Todoroki Hajime, Juufuutei Raden, Otonose Kanade and Hiodoshi Ao. The group released its first single, "Shunkan Heartbeat", on September 4, 2023. Ichijou held her debut stream on September 9, 2023.

Alongside group work, ReGLOSS members stream and upload videos on their own YouTube channels and release music separately from the group. ReGLOSS held its first online 3D concert on September 28, 2024, and released its first studio album, titled ReGLOSS, in November 2024. In March 2025, Hiodoshi Ao went on hiatus after being diagnosed with adjustment disorder, and she ended her activities on October 3, 2025, which left the unit with four members. ReGLOSS released its second studio album, Snapshot, in November 2025. In December 2025, the group held its first in-person concert, Flashpoint, at Ariake Arena. Hololive released a documentary about the group's preparations for the show.

Ichijou also appears in Holo no Graffiti, the short animated series featuring talents from hololive. Her first 2D appearance was in a New Year green-room interview episode, and she later appeared there in 3D.

Streaming style

Ichijou streams mainly in Japanese on her YouTube channel. Her streams draw heavily on her business persona: the official stream tag translates roughly as "Ririka in a meeting", and her viewers are cast as her secretaries-in-training. She also takes part in ReGLOSS group streams, music releases and live events, including the ReGLOSS AR live production "X-ReCHORD". In a 2026 stream, as reported by AnimeTrends, she said that she would not leave her career if she married. She added that she did not currently have a partner and preferred to be open with her audience instead of hiding her personal life.
