Kashiko MARI (Japanese: かしこまり) is a Japanese VTuber and singer-songwriter who began her activities on YouTube in 2018. She is known for her original songs and cover songs, her game streams and her live concert series, MARism. She also promotes herself as the first VTuber to hold a drinking live stream.

Career

Kashiko MARI debuted as a VTuber on February 14, 2018, which is also listed as her character's birthday. She was one of the virtual YouTubers active in the first wave of the format's popularity in Japan. In her early period she often appeared with a companion character named Pandei. In September 2018 the two performed a live VTuber show at the Wright Flyer Live Entertainment (WFLE) booth at Tokyo Game Show 2018, and the performance was streamed on YouTube. During her career she was associated with the upd8 project and later with the agency Re:AcT, and she has since continued her activities as a VTuber and singer-songwriter. In 2025 she entered her eighth year of activity. She continues to release music and hold live events.
